Refund policy

Eligibility

Paid consultation packages booked directly with Clouddevenable may be refunded according to the rules below. Website content and free resources are not purchased goods and are not refundable.

Timeframe

Requests for a full refund of an unused package must arrive in writing at least seven calendar days before the first scheduled live session. Requests sent later are assessed for partial refund only.

Full and partial refunds

If no live session has occurred and materials have not been released, we issue a full refund of fees paid for that package. After the first live session, a partial refund may apply: unused remaining sessions are credited minus an administrative fee of €45 and the pro-rata value of sessions already delivered.

Non-refundable items

Completed Compass Calls, downloaded template packs marked as final delivery, employer-sponsored workshops after the workshop date, and third-party fees (for example external legal review we coordinate at your request) are non-refundable.

Refund process

Email info@clouddevenable.digital with your booking reference, package name, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and state whether a full or partial refund applies.

Processing time and method

Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. Bank transfer timelines may vary by institution.

Cancellation and exceptions

You may cancel future sessions; missed sessions without 24 hours’ notice are treated as delivered. Exceptions for documented medical emergencies or employer-mandated schedule changes are considered case by case. Statutory consumer withdrawal rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
